Youth YAC Meeting Registration

This form is to register for the YAC Summer Meeting August 13-15, 2010 at UU Fellowship of Morgantown, W. For more details about this event, please visit the YAC pages. Registration closes August 6th or when the limit is reached.

Please complete the registration form below. When you are done, please download the YAC Signature forms. These forms must be completed and brought with you along with your $25 registration fee to the conference.
