OMD LREDA Chapter Dues Form

This form is for OMD LREDA Chapter members to pay their district dues through Paypal. You will received TWO confirmation emails - one confirming the information on this page and one from Paypal confirming your credit card transaction.

Credit card payments are through Paypal and you will receive a second confirmation email for your credit card transaction. If you have a paypal account you can also choose to debit your checking account. If you have difficulties, please contact the OMD Office.
